St. Peter’s FC also had that winning feeling, as the edged out Tallaght City 3-2 with goals from Daniel McCann, Chad Ryan and Killian O’Carroll.

Glencormac United overcame St Patrick’s AFC in a high-scoring encounter, winning 5-3 with goals from Ian Devlin, Luke O’Callaghan, Sam O’Callaghan and Nathan Watters (two), while Adam Browne will consider himself unlucky to have ended up on the losing side, as he bagged a hat-trick for St Pat’s.
