Uninsured driver fined €2,300

LUKE Tig he of 3 B New Road, Kilcoole, was fined €2,300 and banned from driving for two years as motor insurance convictions were handed down in his absence at Go rey District Court last Thursday. The case arose from the investigations of Ga rd a Cat hal Burke who was on duty in Cl on roche, Co Wexford, on the afternoon of November 28 last year. Asked to produce documents to show that he was insured, Tighe failed to do so within the time allowed at Grey stones Ga rd a Station. The court noted a previous conviction for driving without insurance.
