Moody drama set in a Danish port town overwhelmed by a serious drug epidemic. The Mayor has big plans to regenerate the town, but first he’ll have to clean up Norskov’s thriving narcotic underworld. So he persuades his old friend and brother-in-law, big-city cop Tom Novak to return home to help.
