Warrants

Bench warrant were issued for the arrest of two north Wicklow residents at Bray District Court last Thursday.

A warrant was issued for John O’Connell, 3 Dargle Heights, Bray, when he failed to appear to answer the matter of an unpaid litter fine. The court heard that the fine was for dumping of waste at unsuitable receptacles at the recycling centre.

A warrant was also issued for the arrest of Mark Hempenstall of 8 Castlefield Terrace, Killincarrig, Greystones. who was not present in court to face charges relating to dog control.
