Parked in disabled bay

A man who parked in a disabled bay apologised and told Bray District Court last Thursday that he was in a hurry to get to the doctor’s surgery with his daughter.

Patrick O’Brien (38), 9 Kilbride Grove, Bray parked on Novara Avenue on November 24, 216. He had no NCT and the tax expired in April 2015.

He was fined €500.
