Parked on footpath

A man was fined €250 in his absence for parking on a footpath.

Ken Bowen, 234 Pearse Road, Sallynoggin, was not present in Bray District Court last Thursday and the matter was dealt with in his absence.

The court heard that he parked on a path on Sidmonton Road on March 24, 2017. A wheelchair user unable to pass had made a complaint.
