Refused to comply with garda direction

A 25-year-old married man was fined €400 at Arklow District Court last Wednesday after he failing to comply with the directions of the Gardai.

Andy Connor, 5 Vale Road, Arklow, was asked to leave a local public house on September 25, 2016.

However, he continued to stand outside and refused to leave the area after being told to do so by gardaí, despite being given several opportunities to do so.
