Roadshows visit two other areas

THE final two Community Care Roadshows will take place in Tinahely and Wicklow town.

The series of talks will feature representatives from Wicklow County Council, Garda Siochana, Wicklow Fire Service and the HSE.

Six talks were arranged in all with roadshows having already taken place in Arklow, Baltinglass, Bra and Blessington.

On October 19, the roadshow comes to Tinahely Community Hall, lasting from 7;30 p.m. to 9 p.m..

A particular emphasis will be placed on rural crime.

On the evening, at around 7 p.m., it is hoped to have Garda Aidreen Nevin, who will give a talk on the legal requirements in relation to trailers, farm machinery etc. this talk will be held outside the community hall.

On November 9, the roadshow visits St Patrick’s GAA Hall, Wicklow town.
