The under-13 Clan na Gael footballers lost out in their championship semi-final on Sunday to a strong AGB team in Ballinakill but they went down fighting. This group of young men don’t know when they are beaten and continued to play good football till the final whistle. Mentors Christy Fox and PJ Scully didn’t pick out any individuals for special mention in this performance and instead opted to say they were very proud of each of them in how they have played and conducted themselves all year.
