Warrant

A BENCH warrant was issued by Judge David Kennedy last week for the arrest of a male facing an assault charge.

Timmy Green, 23 Parc Na Sillogue Court, Enniskerry, also faces a charge of threatening, abusive, insulting behaviour in a public place. Both charges occurred at Parc Na Sillogue on March 11, 2016.

The matter was in for a hearing at Bray District Court on Thursday last but Judge Kennedy ordered a bench warrant be issued after the defendant failed to appear in court.
