Parking

BARRY OSBOURNE of 63 Ashlawn, Ballybrack, Dublin, was fined €150 at Bray District Court last Thursday for parking in a way that endangered or interfered with traffic.

The incident occurred at Seapoint Court, Bray. Mr Osbourne entered a guilty plea but said he wasn’t aware he was obstructing traffic and there were no signs telling him he couldn’t park there.
