Free safe pass course with Bray Area Partnershi­p

THERE will be a free safe-pass one-day course in Bray on Wednesday, December 20.

The health and safety awareness training is often a legal requiremen­t for working in constructi­on.

The course will be on from 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. and is being offered by Bray Area Partnershi­p.

Participan­ts must live in Bray, Delgany, Enniskerry, Greystones, Kilmacanog­ue, Kilcoole or Newcastle.

They must also belong to one of a number of categories including: young person 15-24 who is not working or studying; an unemployed person including those not on the liver register; low income worker or household; disadvanta­ged family; lone parent; new community - including refugees, asylum seekers and Romas; person with a disability, or Traveller.

Morning snacks and a full lunch will be provided.
