Leisure centre group collects national award
CORAL Leisure centres in Wicklow had lots to celebrate recently having picked up a top industry award.
The overall group which includes centres in Arklow and Wicklow achieved the much sought after Gold Standard in the Ireland Active White Flag Quality Standard Awards.
This is the second year running that Coral Leisure has achieved the prestigious accolade which is the most sought after in the leisure and fitness industry.
David Moore, operations director of Coral Leisure said that the group engages with local communities as much as possible.
‘We have a holistic approach to health and fitness. We endeavour to get involved in our local communities and support them in any way we can. We provide exciting and innovative programmes which are designed to reflect a lifestyle driven approach, focusing on health, fitness, wellness, sport and education to provide for a healthier community,’ he said.
