WICKLOW GOLF CLUB
Wicklow Golf Club welcomed its new PGA Professional Louise D’Arcy this week.
Louise brings a host of professional skills to the job including a strong track-record in coaching. Her background includes being a coach at the GUI National Golf Academy where she was head of the Junior Golf Ireland programme.
The officers and committees extend a very warm welcome to her and wish her every success in her role at the club.

ARKLOW HARBOUR GOLF SOCIETY
On Sunday morning last, members of Arklow Harbour Golf Society travelled to the Bunker Golf club course for to play for the Earls Cup this cup was presented to the Harbour society by the Earls family in memory of their parents Nancy and Jerry good turnout of members and the weather conditions was excellent for good golf.
Well they say age has no barrier and it was true in this competition when Bobby Riley turned in a good round of golf and came out to take the title with the same score as his son Eoin but on the count back he was awarded the cup.
The Cup was presented by Michael Barnes when he thanked all who competed and Arklow Harbour Golf Society who organised the competition.
The following are the full results - 1st: Bobby Riley, 2nd: Eoin Riley, 3rd: Oliver Riley.
Next outing will be at Potters Point Brittas Golf Course.
