Well done to the boys and girls who took part in Round four of the league on a lovely night in the Ballinakill GAA centre of Excellence.

Results: Girls under-nine Helen Winterbottom third. Under-11 Ciara Colohan first, boys under-13 Steven O’Toole fourth. Under-15 Edward Bryne first. Also great running from under-seven Ciara Winterbottom and Sophia Corcoran. Under-nine Emma Byrne, Ella Breen, Leah Barrett and Molly Corcoran. Under-13 Ellen Kennedy, Tara O’Toole and Ava Breen. Boys under-13 Joel Kennedy, Ryan Murray.

All athletes are now looking forward to the Round five which will be held in Arklow.

WHIST

The prize winners at the recent whist drive were as follows. Top Score: C Doyle and E Whelan; second: S Brady and M Whelan; third: J Vickers and P. O’Flaherty; fourth: N Vickers and C Driver. Raffle: M Whelan, S Brady, R Murphy. The next whist drive will be held on Wednesday, December 13, at 8.30 p.m.

BINGO

The weekly bingo will be held as usual this Friday evening in the RDA hall commencing at 8.30 p.m. Why not come along and chance winning some of the many excellent prizes on offer each week and maybe have extra cash to spend at Christmas.
