Alan and Mary throw joint 50th

ALAN and Mary Kennedy from Deepdales in Bray recently celebrated their joint 50th birthday party at Bray Golf Club.

Mary’s birthday was in October, with Alan’s this month and they decided to organise a party to celebrate the milestone event with family and friends.

Mary’s brothers John and Anthony and Alan’s brother Ger and sister Ruth were at the party. Their children Jasmine (13) and Kimberly (10) came along for a while, to enjoy a bite to eat and wish their parents a happy birthday. Alan’s cousins travelled from England to join the fun and there were lots of other friends and relatives in attendance, with everyone dancing the night away.

Both Alan and Mary are members of the tennis club and Alan coaches at Bray Emmets. Music is a big thing in their lives, and the kids are in the local Comhaltas. All of this was reflected with images on the lovely cake.
