Book launch clarification

IN last week’s paper we published a story regarding the new book ‘For The Honour of The Little Village’ that was published recently by the Kildavin-Clonegal GAA club in Carlow.

In the article we said that Shillelagh’s Tommy Murphy had been absent from the launch night in the Mount Wolseley Hotel.

Tommy did, in fact, attend the launch and thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

We are happy to clarify. The book is available in Walker’s of Shillelagh, Egan’s of Parkbridge, the Corner House in Carnew and outlets in Carlow.
