Christmas market success

The now annual outdoor Christmas market took place last Saturday in Plucks Carpark and despite the cold, it was a good day all round. The fair ran from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and thankfully the stalls were in huge demand again this year and even Santa time out from his busy schedule for a visit which went down a treat.

The organising team have very kindly offered the money raised from Stall Holders will go to Glencormac United Football Club this year. The club caters for almost 100 kids now ranging from the Academy to under-14s and a senior team and this gesture is very much appreciated by all at the club.
