Defibrillator presentation

-

This year is the Sugarloaf Lions 50th Anniversary and also the Centenary of the Lions here in Ireland. To mark and celebrate this important year in their history, the Sugarloaf Lions Club have donated a defibrillator and outdoor cabinet to our First Responder Group for their public access defibrillator (PAD) scheme.

This now brings to 10 the number of PADs Kilmac CFR have helped organise over the past two and a half years. Addressing those gathered at the Community Hall where the defibrillator is now located, Sugarloaf Lions president Tom O’Sullivan said that the Lions motto is ‘to serve the community’ and that the Kilmacanogue Community First Responders were very wordy recipients of their support and congratulated them on the service they give to their community and surrounding area.
