Man who came off uninsured bike banned

A MAN who came off his motorbike was not entitled to drive it, Bray District Court heard on Thursday, December 14.

Slawomir Swast (37), 16 Silverpines, Bray, a Polish native, was driving at Herbert Road on August 9.

Garda saw him driving in a dangerous manner and falling off the bike. He was in possession of a B licence and the vehicle was not insured.

Mr Svats did not fully understand the situation at that time. Judge David Kennedy banned him for two years and handed down a fine of €200.
