Active Retirement

Greystones Active Retirement holds whist every Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. at Kilian House family centre.

Membership payments and bookings for all events takes place at Kilian House on Tuesdays from 10.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. For more information call (085) 8801466. The classes include yoga postures, mindful breathing, relaxation and medication practices.The cost is €16 to drop in for a class.
