Enniskerry YC play host to super day of football
A great day of football and fun was had in Berryfield recently with some competitive games played out for a good cause.
The soccer club were joined by the Gaelic football cousins on the day with eye-catching performances on display.
In the first game, the Tommy Harvey XI defeated the Enniskerry YC players and parents to take home the Madison Melia Harvey trophy.
There were some stunning performances in this one, in particular by Tommy Harvey himself, Gaz Conroy, Willie Acres, Chairman Stephen Barry and first team boss Lar Mahony.
In the final match of the day, between Enniskerry YC and the Ennickerry GAA Club crew it finish 4-1 to the Youth Club.
All funds raised on the day went towards a very worthy charity, Little Life Foundation, so the club thanks to everybody who contributed.
A total of €800 raised today for A Little Life Foundation in memory of Madison.
