Footpaths in need of attention

-

FOOTPATHS in Bray require urgent attention from the council, according to Bray Fianna Fáil representative Chris Walsh..

‘ The footpaths in Bray are in awful condition and it won’t be long before a serious accident happens,’ said Mr Walsh.

‘It has been brought to my attention by two elderly residents of Bray about the state of the path on the corner of Sidmonton and Convent Avenue. One of them had a nasty fall earlier this week when out walking.

‘One of the corner stones is rocking and badly damaged and is raised approx 5 centimetres. I have written to the district engineer, Mr Liam Burke, to bring this to his attention.’
