LEE MCCABE of 142 Season Park, Newtownmountkennedy, attended the District Court in Wexford on Tuesday, January 2, in response to a motoring summons.

He accepted the allegation made by Garda John Hubbart that he handled his mobile phone while driving at Castlebridge on January 30 last year.

McCabe said he forgot to pay the fixed penalty, so the matter was referred to court where he was fined €150 for the offence.
