Two strong groups in Junior ‘C’

LAST year’s beaten JCFC finalists, Tinahely, will look to bounce back from their disappointment following their defeat to Ashford in Pearse’s Park by emerging from the difficult Group 1 which includes Stratford-Grangecon, Annacurra, Valleymount and Coolkenno.

Two of last year’s form teams, Donard-the Glen and Kilcoole, both beaten in the semi-finals, will meet each other in Group 2 along with Barndarrig, Fergal Ógs, AGB and Blessington.

The format is as follows: 11 teams, one group of five and one of six, top team into semi-finals, second and third in each group play off in the quarter-finals.
