Local businesses attend Bord Bia event

-

WICKLOW food producers were well-represented at Bord Bia’s Small Business Open Day.

Over 200 small food businesses gathered in Meath recently at the open day where companies received information on the range of programmes and facilities available to support further growth and business development.

Eight local Wicklow companies attended the event, including Black Castle Drinks from Wicklow town, who have developed a rang of sparkling, non-alcoholic drinks for adults, using natural flavours and refreshing flavour combinations.

This year’s Small Business Open Day asked the question ‘Is your business future fit?’ with a range of speakers and panellists addressing the theme of the day.
