The 2018 Bray Comedy Festival will take place in February, with opening night on February 14, St Valentine’s Day.

Acts to perform at the festival will include the Rubber Bandits; McDonnell, John Colleary and Gar Murran; Laughter Yoga; Punch Lion Kids Comedy; Science Magic with Donal Vaughan in Bray’s Town Hall (so good it sold out twice last year) and Laughter Lounge’s Steve Cummins Legends of Lounge with Totally Wired, Paul Marsh and Paul Currie.

Making their festival circuit debuts – Aidan Greene and his ‘500 Days of Stammer’, Diane O’Connor, divulging all about ‘Breastfeed­ing Al Fresco’ and Martin Angolo’s ‘Jokes About Buildings and Other Things’.

In venues dotted around Bray, tickets for selected gigs are on sale at braycomedy­festival.ie.

Venues include: The Harbour Bar, Porter House, Koo Nightclub, The Esplanade Hotel, Signal Arts, Bray Town Hall, Dockyard No. Eight and Bray Bowl. with strawberri­es and cream and a glass of bubbly.
