The Rural Partnership fiveweek healthy eating demonstrations due to commence on Wednesday, February 14, from 10.30 a.m. 12.30 p.m. will not now commence till Wednesday, February 21, in the Annamoe Centre.

DUATHLON THANKS

The inaugural Roundwood Duathlon took place on December 27 when over 250 eager participants took on the new route around the reservoir. The event was a great success with revellers enjoying food and entertainment in Kavanagh’s Pub throughout the afternoon and evening. A total of €3,500 was raised during the event; this money was split between St James’s Hospital and St Vincent’s Hospital for Cancer Research.
