SWEENEY Garage, Sea Road Arklow is a third generation family run garage which caters for all motoring requirements from fuel to services, tyres, windscreens, car washing valeting computer diagnostics and much more.
In 2016 JJ Sweeney who is a fully qualified mechanic took over the helm from his parents Pat and Irene who had taken over from Pat’s parents over 40 years ago. Irene and pat still run the Hackney and Minibus hire end of the business providing transport for all occasions with hospital appointments, airport trips and corporate events their speciality.
JJ says with the support of the local people, family and friends he hopes to continue the tradition of providing this service and employment in Arklow for many years to come and then hopefully to pass on to the next generation.
He would like to thank everyone to date for their support and looks forward to providing a value for money service to even more locals in the future.

Sweeney’s garage is open Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9.30 a.m. until 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and is closed on Sundays.
