Woman accused of harming daughter (3) has case adjourned

THE case of a mother charged with the assault of her three-yearold daughter was adjourned at Bray District Court last Thursday.

Emer Cannon (42), Aubrey Grove, Shankill, was not present in Bray District Court when called last Thursday.

The assault is alleged to have occurred at Aubrey Grove in Shankill on the afternoon of Saturday, February 10.

Judge David Kennedy adjourned the matter to Thursday, March 1.

Ms Cannon’s daughter Zoe (3) died the previous Tuesday, February 13, when her life support machine was turned off.

The accused woman remains in custody.
