GCS will host relaxation and hypnotherary sessions

GREYSTONES Cancer Support will hold its next deep relaxation and hypnotherapy session on March 3.

The session with Eymer Nolan takes place in the Greystones Cancer Support Centre at 10 a.m. and lasts for one hour.

It is a group session of deep relaxation and is of enormous benefit to participants where they can totally relax and reduce their stress. This will al- low them to cope better with daily life.

It is an easy session and suitable for all ages. There is a friendly, relaxed atmosphere at the centre for the sessions and everyone is made to feel most welcome.
