10 Deep East 17 No Limit was a huge hit for eurodance group 2 Unlimited, an outfit formed in 1991 by Belgian producers Jean-Paul DeCoster and Phil Wilde, and fronted by the Dutch pair of rapper Ray Slijngaard and singer Anita Doth. The first single from their second album, No Limit reached number one in many countries (including Ireland) and was Europe’s top selling song of 1993. It remains 2 Unlimited’s biggest hit, with 2.8 million in sales, but they are far from one-hit wonders having notched up 16 chart hits and worldwide sales of 18 million records. 2 Unlimited continue to perform today with Kim Vergouwen on vocal duties, the replacement for Doth after she left to pursue a solo career in 2016.
