Lions present Open Door with €1,000

SU­GAR­LOAF Lions pre­sented Open Door with a cheque for €1,000, the pro­ceeds of their re­cent ta­ble quiz at Grey­stones Rugby Club.

The money will go to­wards ac­tiv­i­ties for adults with phys­i­cal dis­abil­i­ties in north Wick­low and south County Dublin. The day cen­tre on Bray’s Ve­vay Road gives clients ac­cess to a range of ac­tiv- ities in­clud­ing art, pho­tog­ra­phy, wood­work and much more, as well as phys­io­ther­apy and other sup­ports.‘Many thanks to all who sup­ported this fun event and par­tic­u­lar thanks to Joe Gren­nan, quiz mas­ter on the night,’ said Suzanne Cox of Open Door, who was very grate­ful to re­ceie the cheque from Gerry Tre­anor of Su­gar­loaf Lions.
