Fergal Ógs enjoy a super day with some special guests

-

THE children of Fergal Ógs GA Club were delighted to have some very special visitors to school last Friday.

Hugh Kenny, Games Manager with Wicklow GAA, Philip Campion, a Kilkenny county hurler, and the famous Sam Maguire Cup were in attendance on the day at St Fergal’s Junior and Senior schools last week.

The event was to mark the occasion of the children being presented with their brand new jerseys for the season ahead. Both the under-9 and under-11 teams also revealed their sponsors.

The under-9s were kindly sponsored by Alan Kilkenny and Sycamore construction, and the under-11s by Victoria Bradshaw in Bray Credit Union.
