Meeting on the future of Wicklow’s uplands

THE tourism, recreation, community and farming sectors are being invited to take part a panel meeting on the future of the upland areas of Co Wicklow, which is taking place tomorrow.

Wicklow Uplands Council has organised ‘Shaping the Future of the Wicklow Uplands’ to explore how each sector can be strengthen­ed and also to examing how the council can assist member organisati­on and individual­s working or living in the region.

The meeting, which takes place tomorrow (Thursday, March 29) at 8 p.m. in the Courthouse Arts Centre, Tinahely, will also feature a presentati­on on project updates (including SUAS) and a presentati­on on the Tinahely Trails from John Mullen.
