GROW Community Mental Health Movement meets every Tuesday at 11 a. m. in the Parish Centre, Queen of Peace Church, Putland Road, Bray.

If you are lonely, isolated or suffer- ing from stress, why not come learn a practical psychology of mental health? GROW is a mutual help, mutual support group for personal growth and change.

The group meets weekly, using a 12 step programme of recovery.
