Huge day for Billies this Sunday

THIS Sunday will be a huge day in the proud history of Ballymanus GAA Club when they hold the official opening of their new field in Askinagap.

There is a busy itinerary for the evening with festivities getting underway with the official opening at 4pm followed by the clash of the Wicklow Senior footballers and Limerick at 5pm

“We are very proud to have the county Seniors playing at the opening of our field,” said a spokesperson for the club.

“There will be a lot more besides including popcorn and candy floss for the kids, Sam Maguire, music and light refreshments etc. All welcome,” they added.
