Pamela Flood presents this new food show in which some of the country’s best chefs accept the challenge of reducing the richness of their signature dishes to make them healthier to eat. First up are Restaurant regular Gary O’Hanlon and Cork chef Kate Lawlor, who’ll have speciality recipes pulled apart by dietician Aveen Brannon before making them anew for inspection by judges Adam Byatt and Ross Golden-Brannon, who’ll pick the winner.
