TENDERS ASSESSED

TENDERS in relation to Kilbride Lane/Murphy’s lands were assessed during December 2017, elected members heard at last week’s meeting of Bray Municipal District.

The lowest tenderer withdrew from the competition after they stated that they could not stand over their tendered price following a clarification request.

The council’s appointed consultants have concluded their discussions with the second lowest tenderer, MDY Construction Limited, with a letter of intent having been issued on March 27.

While contracts were to be signed last week, that has been postponed.
