AUCTION

The auction in Glenealy village hall on Sunday, April 29, was a great success and we would like to thank everyone who donated and bought items on the day. A big thank you to auctioneer Leslie Bradshaw a fantastic job as usual.

CARD DRIVE

45 card drive will be on in Glenealy village hall this Thursday, May 3, and whist partner card drive will be the following Thursday, May 10, at 8.30 p.m. New players are always welcome.

COMMUNITY GAMES

Well done to all the children who took part in the county finals of art, handwriting and Model making in Dunlavin last weekend.

Congratulations to Mia Anderson, who won Gold in under-10 Art and Silver to Eve White in the same age group. Silver to Mary McElhinney under-12 Art. Kate Little won bronze in Handwriting. Mia will go forward to represent Wicklow at the national finals university of Limerick on the weekend of May 25 to May 27.

Our next big event is the County Athletics-Field finals will take place in Shillelagh on Saturday, June 16. Anyone interested in taking part please contact-Andrea Dunne, Annmarie Kavanagh, Shelia Driver, Phyllis Farrell or any committee member.

INDOOR BOWLS

TODDLERS HAVEN

Just to bring to your attention registration is on going for 2018,2019,2020. New ECCE start date is two years and eight months, morning and afternoon sessions available, contact Sheena at 086 4066308 for more information.

FOROIGE YOUTH CLUB

Glenealy Foróige youth club for youths aged 12 years to 18 years is on in Glenealy Village every Friday night from 8 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. Anyone interested can come along any Friday night for more information contact 0404 44040.

GYMBOREE

Gymboree Play and music classes continue every Tuesday morning at 11 a.m. in Glenealy Village Hall. Suitable for babies, toddlers and Pre-Schoolers from six months – four years. Teach your child a love of music through songs, dance, movement fun and musical instruments, exploring various different musical styles. Booking is essential as places are limited.
