Bench warrant issued

FAILING to appear before Gorey District Court last Thursday to answer to charges of unlawful possession of drugs and possession for sale or supply has resulted in a bench warrant being issued for the arrest of Peter Kirwan (38) of 12 Ard na Greine, Bray. The charges relate to an incident at 20 Beachside Rise, Courtown, on December 15, 2016.

When Kirwan made no apperance, Sgt Victor Isdell immediately requested a bench warrant and Judge Gerard Haughton complied.
