Well done to Dylan Symes and Sam Ireland from Transition Year, who took part in the national finals of the Student Enterprise Awards in Croke Park on Wednesday, May 3, with their business Wild Wicklow Crafts. Dylan and Sam were representing Wicklow in the final and were competing against 30 other companies from all round the country, with 22,000 participants competing in this national competition annually. It was an extra special event for CCA as our previous National Winner from 2016, Luke Byrne was the Co-Host of the awards ceremony along with 2FM DJ Rick O’Shea.

The packed audience in the Croke Park Event Centre were all very impressed with Luke’s confidence and stage presence. Well done to Luke, Dylan and Sam and to Mr Blake for all his guidance and support.
