Earlsbrook holds party in sunshine

-

RESIDENTS of Earlsbrook Nursing Home in Bray enjoyed their annual garden party recently on the grounds of the Meath Road premises.

They welcomed family and friends to the party, as well as residents of sister-facility, Blainroe Nursing Home.

Members of social care team worked hard to ensure everyone had a fantastic time. The day included strawberries and cream, tea and cake, biscuits, a chocolate fountain and plenty of chatting. There was live music and a raffle. Winners received gift baskets of toiletries.

The event was a fundraising day for the a Alzheimer Society and they raised several hundred Euros.

The team will be in touch with the society shortly to arrange the handing over of a cheque.

There was a lovely atmosphere on the day and, thankfully, pleasant sunshine.

Visitors were delighted to spend time with their loved ones in the beautiful grounds.
