- BY MARY FOGARTY

STUDENTS AT North Wicklow Educate Together are set to present ‘Witchwood’, an adaptation of the play by Mark Rudd, performed by the music and drama clubs.

It’s a darkly comic fantasy involving a world of witches, wizards, elves, goblins and talking trees.

Emer Foley directs, with assistant director Beartla deBurca and musical director Dara McGarrigle-Woodman.

The show will be on at the Putland Road secondary school on tomorrow (Thursday, May 24) at 7 p.m.

Tickets will be available at the door. There is no charge to attend, but a €10 donation is suggested.

There will be an interval, when the audience can avail of a cafe selling tea and coffee, ice cream and homemade treats.

The evening will include a raffle, with some lovely prizes.
