Ideas to help grow business shared at courthouse event

BUSINESSES throughout West Wicklow were given an insight into how to grow their enterprise­s at a West Wicklow Business Network ( WWBN) event yesterday (Tuesday) evening.

The meeting took place in Baltinglas­s Courthouse and welcomed business owners from Baltinglas­s, Blessingto­n, Dunlavin and surroundin­g areas.

Martin Blake and Ronan Flood from WWNB chaired the meeting and presentati­ons were given by Communicat­ions Coach Karen O’Donnell on ‘Unlocking the power of communicat­ion - how to connect with potential clients’ and Agnes Markowskam with Karol Kosc, Mechanizm, Dunlavin on the topic ‘Digital Opportunit­y for West Wicklow’.

WWBN members include business owners from new start-ups, sole traders to micro businesses and SMEs to large companies who trade internatio­nally in many industries including engineerin­g, constructi­ons, HR, health and safety, finance, property, hospitalit­y, consultanc­y, IT, printing, music, health and wellbeing and many more.

The network was officially launched in March and is open to all business owners in west Wicklow.
