Community Reaches Out and hits the road

Bikers took to the highways and byways of Wicklow last weekend, to raise funds for mental health supports.

The event was organised by the group ‘Community Reaches Out’.

The ride-out was open to anyone, with a large contingent from the biker group ‘Celtic Wolves’ participat­ing on the day. A spokesman said that they were delighted to be part of such a good cuase.

They started last Saturday afternoon at the Martello, and made their way south.

Formed by local Bray people. Community Reaches Out wants to help support the work being done within the community on suicide awareness, as well as raise awareness of any services and supports available, including the Living Life coun- selling centre.

Every day someone in Ireland takes their own life and a family is left without their loved ones
