OFFICIAL OPENING

The new Vartry Reservoir Trails will be officially opened by Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar on this Saturday, June 9, at 4 p.m. at the Reservoir Entrance at Knockraheen. After the official opening there will be a fun walk and barbecue.

This walk has been the due to the outstanding work our local councillor Shay Cullen has put into it and it is a great facility for us to have on our doorstep.

Come along on Saturday and if you haven’t already walked it you’re in for a treat. The flora and fauna are exceptional as you walk along. Well done to everyone involved for making this happen.
