Rugby club celebrate in style

RATHDRUM RFC members gathered to celebrate a good year at the club at their annual dinner dance at Lynham’s of Laragh recently.

A competitive season for the club’s women’s and men’s teams saw the Drumettes reach the All-Ireland Shield final where they fell to a strong Tullamore side and the Leinster Women’s League Division 1 semi-final where they bowed out to Railway.

The women’s development side made major strides while the men’s team proved competitive in their Metro league.

A bright future ahead for the proud Rathdrum club.
