King of Greystones title up for grabs once again

-

The 2018 King of Greystones charity based triathlon will take place on July 29, with proceeds for The Gavin Glynn Foundation.

The event is now in its 17th year and entirely volunteer run.

There is something for triathletes of all abilities and ambitions.

You can enter as an Individual in any of the 2 distances or as part of a relay.

The Two distances ARE- Traditional Sprint (Tri become the King) and Tri-it-out beginners distance with a short- ened swim from 750m to 200m, and extra safety boats.

Last year was a record-breaking event, with the largest number of participants yet. 360 from Ireland and internationally lined up for the charity triathlon in 2017.

Volunteers are always needed. If you are free for a few hours and want to be part of the day, KOG organisers would love your help. Email info@kingofgreystones.com for more information.

To sign up for the event, go to kingofgreystones.com. Platinum Pilates will be back this year to provide free massages for participants after the event.
