Kaleidoscope of colour at Ardmore fundraiser

-

BRAY IS set to be transformed into a kaleidoscope of colour on Sunday, June 24, as Ardmore Rovers hosts its colour-themed obstacle fun run the Colour Rush.

Proceeds from The Colour Rush will go to Ardmore Rovers FC, as part of their Ardmore 2020 campaign which aims to find a permanent home for the club as it heads towards its 40th birthday. The first of two 5km colour fun runs kicks off at midday, with the second starting at 3 p.m.

The earlier run is family friendly and suitable for participants from age five.

The later run is for youths and adults, 13 years and up. Whether walking, running, crawling or jumping over The Colour Rush obstacle course, those taking part are guaranteed to get saturated in multi-colours as the ‘Colour Rush Crew’ will be on hand to make sure the brilliant white T-shirt you receive at registration is a veritable colour riot when you leave. To register go to thecolourrush.ie. Tickets cost €25 per adult (16+), €22 per child (five to 15) or €80 for a special family ticket (two adults and two children, or one adult and three children) and €80 for a special group ticket (four people) in the youths and adults run. Before the event, a DJ will help get the party started, followed by a special Colour Rush warm up by the staff of Shoreline Leisure.
